Intelligent movement. Intentional recovery. Real-life balance.

At CoreLab, we believe wellness is not about doing more — it’s about moving with intention, restoring with care, and creating balance that supports real life. Our philosophy is rooted in the intelligent integration of strength, mobility, nervous system regulation, and recovery, designed to help you move better, feel better, and live more sustainably.

We bridge science and sensation, combining evidence-based methods with mindful practices that reconnect you to your body. Our signature class, Lagree + Mobility 55, blends the intensity of Lagree with purposeful mobility work to build strength without sacrificing joint health, posture, or long-term resilience. Complemented by breathwork, sound healing, and therapeutic bodywork, every CoreLab experience supports both performance and restoration.

CoreLab was created in response to modern demands — long hours, sedentary work, chronic stress, and constant stimulation. We offer a counterbalance: a space where structure meets softness, where strength and recovery coexist, and where mobility is treated as essential, not optional.

Community is central to everything we do. Our studio is a supportive, inclusive environment that brings together individuals who value intention, education, and connection. Music is thoughtfully integrated into each experience to guide rhythm, focus, and energy, while our instructors prioritize alignment, awareness, and sustainable movement over quick fixes.

Beyond the studio, CoreLab extends its philosophy through corporate wellness experiences and private events, bringing intelligent movement, mobility, and nervous system support into workplaces, teams, and curated gatherings. Whether in-studio or off-site, our offerings are designed to reduce stress, improve performance, and foster meaningful connection.

CoreLab is not a one-size-fits-all workout — it’s a holistic system that evolves with you. Whether you’re building strength, restoring balance, managing stress, or reconnecting with your body, we’re here to support you through intentional movement and integrated care.

This is movement for life.
This is CoreLab.

Seda Sahin

Two years ago, as I lay on the sofa, the name “CoreLab” came to me like a spark. It felt like the perfect embodiment of strength, creativity, and connection. I immediately bought the domain, not knowing how much that small moment would shape my future. After more than a decade in engineering and Big 4 consulting, I’ve discovered a way to harmonize my corporate career with my passion for fitness and mindfulness. CoreLab emerged as a response to the demands of corporate life—a space designed to alleviate stress through movement, music, and a supportive community.

Music and fitness have always been integral to my life. Before moving to the U.S., I studied opera and performed musical theater in Europe, immersing myself in the power of rhythm and expression. Those experiences taught me how deeply music can move us and how it fuels our connection to both body and soul. At CoreLab, music isn’t just a backdrop—it’s woven into every class, helping us find balance, motivation, and flow.

CoreLab is more than a studio; it’s a reflection of my personal journey and my belief in the transformative power of shared experiences. Here, we embrace challenges, celebrate progress, and lift each other up. I invite you to join our community and discover how movement can bring joy, clarity, and connection to your life. Together, we’ll turn wellness into a vibrant, shared story.
